Duties and Responsibilities of a Caregiver
This course covers the basic responsibilities every caregiver must follow. You’ll learn how to protect consumer rights, including a person’s right to be treated with respect, stay free from abuse or neglect, and keep their personal, financial, and health information private.

You are also a Mandatory Reporter—which means if you see or suspect abuse, neglect, exploitation, or mistreatment of an at-risk adult or child, you must report it right away.

This training helps you understand what’s expected of you and how to care for others safely, legally, and with kindness.
